The dimensioning of building constructions always takes into consideration ecologic aspects with regards to optimal use of materials and production work versus the expected benefit from the converted areas as well as sustainability and utilisability of the planned buildings.
All valid European regulations as well as the latest findings from research and specialist literature are combined with the practical experience of the planner in the interest of customer and constructor.

The planning is carried out according to valid rules (DIN and Euroce EC).

During reconstructions and conversions comparative calculations according to TGL (technical norms, quality specifications and delivery conditions - GDR norm) take place to be able to estimate bearing load reserves.
